Planned work, straight into your team's calendar
Your Planner already knows who is doing what and when. Now you can send it into Outlook or Google as real calendar entries — client, job and hours, marked busy.
A plan that lives only in the practice management system is a plan half the firm does not see. People run their day from their calendar, so work that is not in the calendar competes badly with everything that is.
Select the time, choose the jobs
Pick a day or a week on the Planner, choose which of the scheduled jobs should go over, and push. The entries land in each person's Outlook or Google calendar carrying the client, the job and the hours, marked busy — so the time is defended against the meeting somebody else is about to book over it.
Push the same week twice
This is the part that decides whether a feature like this survives contact with a real week. Plans change; you will re-push. Pushing the same week again updates what is already there rather than adding a second copy, so nobody ends up with a diary full of duplicates and a reason to stop using it.
The people who have not connected a calendar
You can see who has not connected one yet and nudge them, which matters because the value of this only arrives when the whole team is in.
Capacity planning fails quietly when the plan and the calendar disagree.
